1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and fastspin ("fastspin," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the fastspin online casino and sportsbook platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at fastspin.club (the "Platform").

fastspin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable Philippine identification documents include, but are not limited to: SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, passport, and UMID. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. Any misrepresentation of eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of fastspin services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one fastspin account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fastspin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. fastspin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

• Account Non-Transferability: Your fastspin account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

fastspin reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where fastspin has reason to believe that the eligibility requirements have not been met or that these Terms have been violated.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fastspin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: fastspin supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. Supported methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. fastspin aims to process approved withdrawals promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. fastspin reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a third-party account and to suspend the associated player account.

fastspin reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the satisfactory completion of identity verification, source of funds checks, or any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

fastspin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. fastspin reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.

• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploitation of bonus terms, or collusion with other players, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fastspin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or event.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to fastspin immediately.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any criminal enterprise.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Providing false or misleading information to fastspin at any time.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fastspin staff or other players.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the fastspin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of fastspin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without fastspin's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in connection with any third-party website or service.

Any unauthorized use of fastspin's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fastspin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the fastspin Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, system outages, or interruptions to the Platform.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes resulting from software malfunctions, provided that fastspin takes prompt corrective action upon becoming aware of any such error.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

fastspin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fastspin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit fastspin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

9 Responsible Gaming

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, fastspin reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including any bonus funds and associated winnings. Where account closure is initiated by fastspin for reasons other than breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any required verification procedures.

You may close your fastspin account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and fastspin, you agree to first contact fastspin's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. fastspin will endeavor to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
